Welcome to the Small Business Internet Survey …. This survey was designed to get an understanding of how you, as a small business owner or manager, are using the Internet in your everyday business. The survey is broken into four parts that include an overview of your business; how you connect to the Internet; whether you have a web site; and how you advertise your business.
