Our website, www.officelinks.com, is a small business portal which integrates dynamic business content on a wide variety of subjects, interactive communities and tools, as well as opportunities to purchase business-related products and services online. Our company's founder, Robert T. Gorman, created OfficeLinks.com to empower small businesses to better manage their operations with comprehensive, timely and relevant information. Our objective is to establish the OfficeLinks.com network as the most trusted source of small business information and services on the Internet.

Our business model is primarily to earn advertising, subscription, seminar, and e-commerce transaction revenues from advertisers, merchants, manufacturers and other organizations that desire to reach a highly targeted community of small business owners and entrepreneurs on the Internet. For example, advertisers can target very specific audiences such as persons interested in a particular application, like Web hosting, or individuals who desire to address a particular business problem, like financing. We also earn revenues by facilitating e-commerce transactions, such as domain name registration and office supply sales, offered by outside parties. OfficeLinks.com builds on Mr. Gorman's background as a published author of Internet related books for small business owners, including:

Business Strategy

Our objective is to establish the OfficeLinks.com network as the most trusted and comprehensive source of small business information and services on the Internet. Our business strategy incorporates the following key elements:

Establish the OfficeLinks.com brand

Our strategy is to create a strong brand with which small business owners associate the trustworthiness and credibility of Robert T. Gorman and which will enable us to implement his vision of empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs to better manage their operations. We also intend to enhance our brand through association with other notable leaders in the small business field, such as other published authors and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Our company is currently engaged in an advertising campaign to increase awareness of the OfficeLinks.com brand among small business owners and entrepreneurs, Internet portals and other websites. We intend to allocate significant resources to further develop and build brand recognition through online advertising, general advertising, strategic alliances and other marketing initiatives.

Provide business owners and entrepreneurs with high quality content

We currently provide our users with high quality small business content, including comprehensive information for planning, marketing, financing, and managing their ventures. This information is provided by established sources such as the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Edward Lowe Foundation. Our strategy is to integrate dynamic small business information on a wide variety of subjects with relevant interactive communities and tools. Additionally, we offer opportunities for visitors to purchase small business related products and services online. We believe that the quality of our small business information is a competitive advantage that will enable us to attract users to our website, promote user loyalty, and increase page views per visit.

Syndicate content through affiliates to promote traffic growth

We are planning to enter into relationships with Internet portals and other Web sites that position OfficeLinks.com as their primary source for small business content. In addition, we are planning to enter into relationships with local Chambers of Commerce, Colleges and Universities, and local media outlets such as television stations. These relationships will include the creation of co-branded Web sites and the distribution of branded small business information to affiliated entities. We intend to expand our network by continuing to establish relationships with affiliates that have the ability to direct additional users to our website.

Develop on line small business and entrepreneurial communities

We are planning to offer our registered users free access to eight on-line communities consisting of hosted chat support groups. The eight planned communities will be organized by subject areas and cover topics that are of most interest to small business owners and entrepreneurs, including: (1) business planning; (2) marketing strategy; (3) financial management; (4) management and personnel; (5) small business products and services; (6) starting an online business; (7) marketing an online business; and (8) selling a business. Our communities and support groups allow users with similar small business-related experiences to exchange information and gather news and knowledge in a secure, anonymous, online environment. These communities and support groups will be hosted by selected moderators, with experience in both the relevant topic and online forum moderating. We believe that our communities and support groups will be an effective way to attract users to our website and strengthen their loyalty to the OfficeLinks.com network. In addition, by aggregating users interested in a particular small business topic, we believe we can sell advertising in a highly targeted manner, thereby commanding higher advertising rates. Similarly, we offer merchants and others who engage in e-commerce the ability to market products and services to our community members.

We presently enable sales of computers, domain registrations, Web hosting, office supplies, and custom stationery. Although we do not provide these products or services, we do provide a link to the Web sites of third parties that provide these products and services. Some of these third parties have entered into preferred provider arrangements with us and pay us a transaction fee for sales attributable to users from our website. We believe that contextual merchandising of e-commerce transactions will attract users to our website and promote user loyalty.

Deliver seminars and workshops

We are in the process of developing a two-day seminar for small business owners and entrepreneurs that want to learn how to set-up and market their businesses online. Visitors to the OfficeLinks.com Web site, and other targeted prospects, will be given the opportunity to attend these paid-seminars through multiple direct marketing promotions.
